What is the warranty and what does it cover?
Depending on the type of coating that is selected for your project determines that type of warranty. Most of our warranties cover everything from peeling, delaminating, and yellowing. Nothing keeps cracks from happening in concrete. So the cracks that you may see after an installation is that concrete cracking. Not the coating
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we do. You will find the information on our website, on our business cards, and on estimate sheets.
Do you fill in cracks?
Yes, we will cut open existing cracks and back fill them with a liquid steel. Then we sand it down to match the profile of concrete.
Is it slip resistant?
Yes, we add a synthetic sand to the topcoat to make it extra slip resistant.
Do you fill expansion joints?
No, your expansion joints are for the concrete to crack instead of the smooth surface. If those are filled it will crack the top coat of your system.
