What is the warranty and what does it cover?
We offer 20-year residential warranty and 10 year commercial warranty. Covers everything except cracks. Nothing keeps cracks from happening in concrete.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we do. You will find the information on our website, on our business cards, and on estimate sheets.
Do you fill in cracks?
Yes, we will cut open existing cracks and back fill them with a liquid steel. Then we sand it down to match the profile of concrete.
Is it slip resistant?
Yes, we add a synthetic sand to the topcoat to make it extra slip resistant.
Do you fill expansion joints?
No, your expansion joints are for the concrete to crack instead of the smooth surface. If those are filled it will crack the top coat of your system.
